He is survived by: his children, Summer Strickland Gowen of Hoboken, GA and Matthew Adam Strickland (Kim) of Brunswick, GA.; his grandchildren, Sloan Harris (Austin), Logan Gowen, Seth Gowen, Kara Strickland, Jordan Strickland and Shaun Munoz; his great grandchildren, Holden Harris, Paisley Strickland, Stella Strickland and Colton Strickland; his niece Betsy Wagenknecht; his brother William "Bill" Strickland (Mary Beth); and the mother of his children Lynda Strickland.
