It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric William Mikkelson of Blakely, Georgia, who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Mikkelson and Harriet Costello Mikkelson; and his wife Caroline Hill Mikkelson of Early County. He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Hill Anderson (Daryl) of Albany, Elizabeth Mikkelson Clenney (Brad) of Blakely and Emily Mikkelson Chan (Jen) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Caleb Anderson, Jonah Anderson (Brooke), Eric Holley, Asher Anderson, Dalton Holley (Bailley), Harper Kate Clenney and Mik Chan; his great grandchildren, Riley, Everleigh and Cohen Anderson; and his siblings, Jan Hopkins (Tom) of Tex, Bill Mikkelson (Julie) of Minn, John Mikkelson (Kathy) of Colorado, Brian Mikkelson (Judy) of Kansas and Tom Mikkelson (Kat) of Tex. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
