He is survived by: his mother Kimberly Swaim Martinez; his sister Christal Gancerez; his children, Tanner Gancerez, Addie Gancerez and Skylar Gancerez; his grandmother Hilda Swaim; his nephew Elijah Harris; his niece Makaya Harris; his uncle Mike Swaim; his aunt Synthia Swaim; and his close friends, Kristi, Rollins Davis and Marissa Goocher.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the American Heart Association in Charlie's memory.
