He was predeceased by: his parents, Idus Derrell Felder and Eula Paulk Felder; his wife Winifred Alexander; his daughter Anne Marshall (late Billy); his grandson Kevin Marshall; his siblings, Analine Nelson, Derrell Felder, Winifred Graham, Alfred'Red'Felder and Tommy Felder; and his caregiver Pa'to.

He is survived by: his daughter Lynda Stokes (Chester) of Lake City, FL; his grandchildren, Bill Hobbs (Katie) and Leah Moore (James) of Lake City, FL; his granddaughter-in-law Chika Marshall of Blakely, GA; and his great grandchildren, Anna Moore, Lily Moore, Henry Hobbs, Winston Hobbs, Midori Marshall and Haruka Marshall.
