It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Joyce Pullen (Blakely, Georgia), born in Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on November 23, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lynn Pullen, Sr.; and her sister Rosa Brunson. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Pullen, Jr. (Harriett), Lamar Pullen (Legwynn), Mike Pullen of Damascus, GA and Mark Pullen (Pamela); her brothers, Eston Eugene Roberts of Cedar Mountain, NC and Gary West; her grandchildren, Nathan Pullen (Joseph Pullen), Jared Pullen (Jennifer), Dana Wyatt (Justin), Michelle Avera (Will) and Matthew Pullen (Joey Pullen) of Stillwater, OK; and her great grandchildren, Daniel Lamar Pullen, Hunter Wyatt, Maci Wyatt, Liam Avera, Owen Avera and Emma Pullen.
