She is survived by: her daughter Jeannie Chapman (Mike) of Jacksonville; her grandson Adam Wilkerson (Megann) of Jacksonville; her great grandchildren, River Johnson of Suwanee, GA., Aubree Wilkerson of Jacksonville and Zac Chapman; her brother Herman Lee Foxworth of Bristol, FL.; and also Maddie of Dillard, GA.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
