She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Frank Marshall. She is survived by: her son Kevin Marshall (Chika); her grandchildren, Midori and Haruka; her parents, C. Winston Felder of Blakely and Winifred Alexander Felder of Blakely; and her sister Lynda Stokes (Chester) of Lake City, FL..
