She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bell and Ada Simonds Bell; the father of her children Willard Payne Sr.; her husband Enoch Bert Reid (George S. Christopher); and her siblings, J. Raymond Bell, C. Hoyt Bell, Doris Murphy and Anna Lou Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Jolynne Ford of Blairsville, Karen (Paul Rogers), Willard (Melissa Payne Jr.) and William (Melanie Payne); and her sisters, Gladys Hutson of Cartersville, GA. and Norma Jean Brackett of Forest Park, GA.. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, many great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
