He is survived by: his children, Donnie Elliott, Pam Parker (David) and Kristi Barber-Elliott; his grandchildren, Michael Barber, Brittnee Barber, Renee Bravo, Katelyn Kulik, Levi Goodman, Lucas Parker, Dana Rymer and Denise Elliott; his great grandchildren, Scarlett Goodman, Libby Parker, Miles Barber, Emma Barber, Lauren Faith, Cody Rymer, Austyn Tschantz and Ayden Rogers; and his siblings, Vivian Hipple, Martha Loudermilk, George Elliott and Bobby Elliott (Linda).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Virgil to Gideons International or First Baptist Church of Blairsville.
