He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge Rogers and Annie Lee Rogers; his wife Barbara Jean Rogers; and his siblings, Gene Rogers, Baby Boy Rogers, Frank Rogers, Jimmy Rogers, Brenda Garrett, Martha Plott and Mary Seabolt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Smith (Jim) and Serena Dyer (Ryan); his grandchildren, Britney Bennett (J. R.), Kelley Bryson (Tyler), Brandon Smith, Nathan Smith, Jasper Dyer and Wyatt Dyer; his great grandchildren, Charlotte Bennett and Mary Grace Bryson; and his sisters, Ruth Hedrick (Leonard) and Sarah Owenby (Franklin).
