He is survived by: his mother Genevieve Sneed Stroud of Blairsville; his children, April Shinpaugh (Michael Hill) of Blairsville and Adrian; his daughter-in-law Danielle Stroud of Blairsville; his siblings, Dwayne (Tami Stroud), Mikie Stroud and Tammy of Blairsville; his brother-in-law Bill Brown of Blairsville; his nephew Allen Breedlove of Blairsville; and his grandchildren, Sage, Rhen, Sahauna and Nessa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, many other relative and friends.
