She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Bernstein and Isabell Haskell; and her sisters, Vivian Haskell and Joan Trembley. She is survived by: her daughter Kim; her grandson Ken West of Blairsville; and her great grandchildren, NJ, Christine Ward and Cody.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Susan's memory.
