He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lewis; his children, Spencer Lewis Jr. of Beaufort, SC and Evelyn Ueltzen (David) of Blairsville; his stepdaughters, Ivy Leate (Greg) of Wellington, FL and Vicky Champlin of Jasper, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Matthew Ueltzen (Julia), Bonnie Nicklien (Marc), Tanner Ueltzen (Chelsea), Ashley Lewis, Blake Lewis and Cody Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Carolina Ross (Sean), Damon Ueltzen, Landon Ueltzen, Isaac Nicklien, Whitney Nicklien, Chase Ueltzen, Eliza Ueltzen, Macey Ueltzen, Tyler Potter, Riley Potter and Silas Zywick. He is also survived by his six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Samaritan's Purse.
