She is survived by: her son Richie Carey; her daughter-in-law Debbie Carey; her children, Rodney Carey and Rachelle Coffey; her son-in-law Mark Coffey; her grandchildren, Jesse Carey, Hannah Coffey and Savannah Maddox; her grandson-in-law Joshua Maddox; her great grandchild Lyla Grace Maddox; and her siblings, Jimmy Garrett (Jean) of Gainesville, GA, Bertha Powers (Joe) of Dahlonega, GA, Bessie Brown, Evelyn Shook and Vivian Conley (Bo) of Blairsville, GA.. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
