She is survived by: her children, Sandra Teresa (Michael D'amico) and Terry (Kimmie Kitchens); her stepson Jason Anthony; her brothers, Forrest (Donna Childre), James Childre and Buddy Childre; her grandchildren, Brandi (Dustin Bannister), Chad (Kaylee Tarr), Dustin D'amico, Shae Kitchens, Courtney Gilstrap, Haili Kitchens, Ryan Kitchens, Cameron Holguin and Alex Kitchens; and her great grandchildren, Chewy, Tink and Tigger.
