He is survived by: his children, Debby Lynn Townsend of Blairsville, GA and Tommy R.; his daughter-in-law Christy Townsend of Nashville, TN; his brother-in-law George McClure of Cornilius, NC; his granddaughters, Megan (Michael Kimsey), Maggie (Tyler Corbin) and Nikki (Patrick Simpson); and his great grandchildren, Lawsen Kimsey, Piper Kimsey and Ryan Corbin.
