He was predeceased by: his parents, Seme O'Neal Harwood and Dorothy Williams Harwood; and his siblings, Gerald Harwood and Judith Scruggs. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Woody Harwood of Blairsville; his daughter Angie; his son-in-law Jeff Ray; his son Shane; his daughter-in-law Kristen Harwood; his stepchildren, Carrie, Sarah King of Blairsville, Heather and Travis Lively of Blairsville; his brother Mike; and his sister-in-law Jeanny Harwood of Atlanta. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, many other honorary children and grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
Flowers are accepted or if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Shining Light Church for Missions Fund in Tony's memory.
