He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Kenneth Massengale and Geraldine Terry Massengale; and his brother Keith Randy Massengale. He is survived by: his sister Angela Petty of Morganton; his nephews, Michael Parker Jr. of College Park, GA., Matthew Vaughn and Carl Thomas III of Dawsonville, GA.; his niece Sarah Hampton of Morganton; and his cousin Walmart. He is also survived by family, many other relatives and friends.
