With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Kenith Honea (Blairsville, Georgia), born in Doraville, Georgia, who passed away on September 27, 2023 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Honea and Sallie Honea (Cash); his former wife Nancy Honea (Hill); his son Duane Honea; and his brothers, Joseph Jr., William and Larry Honea.
He is survived by: his wife Dottie McIntosh Honea; his sister Gail Allred (Paul); his children, Joel Honea (Angela), Suzanne Brake (Bob), John Honea (Mary), Sonja Honea, Susan Ehret (Brian), Christina Lawrence (Robbie), Adam Matthew McIntosh (Katie) and William M. McIntosh IV; and his grandchildren, Melissa Wesley (Brandon), Victoria Honea (Cannon), Jessica Shelton (Kyle), Drew Honea, Baker Brake, Cameron Brake, Mason Honea, Andrew Ehret, Kendall Sloop (Michael), Emily Lawler (Mat), Stephen Ehret, Alex Ehret, Abbie Ortiz (Ezra), Nathan Lawrence, Elisa McIntosh, Liam McIntosh and Lily McIntosh.
His heart was broken when Covid forced the volunteers out of the Nursing Home.
