He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willard Cruse and Althia Marlow Cruse; his children, Lisa (Tommy Pace), Lora (Dwayne Patterson), Eloise (Jeremy Marlowe), Jesse Cruse (Jessica Medlin) of Ellijay and Anthony Cruse of Morganton; his grandchildren, Kristen Odom, Lauren Pace, Hannah, Eli Patterson, Aiden, Payton, Layice, Autumn Cruse and Jonathan Marlowe; and his siblings, Monroe (Betty Cruse), Ronald Cruse, Glen Cruse, Carl (Faye Cruse), Mildred McCoy of Blairsville, Pauline (Rick Chastain) and Libby Garrett Chattanooga. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
