He was predeceased by: his father George Crawford Johnson; and his brother Jim Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sue Royal of Blairsville; his children, Kim Wagenaar and Christopher Johnson of Asheville, NC.; and his grandchildren, Brian, Ann (David Wagenaar), Zoe (Nils Johnson) and Switzerland. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
