He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Frank Sr. and Nancy Deyton Frank; his wife Stephanie Frank of Blairsville; his children, Kayla Frank, Jordan Frank and Alex (Victoria Bruce); his siblings, Tracy (Jeff Henderson), Tara (Jack Guffey), Cheyenne Dillard of Blairsville and Chris Phillips of Villa Rica, GA.; and his grandchildren, Everleigh Townsend, Declan Bruce and Dallas Bruce. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
