He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald Locher and Norma Wells Locher; his son Austin Keith Locher; his brother Billy Locher; his wife Cynthia Roberts Locher of Blairsville; his daughter Ashley; his son-in-law Matthew Dyer of Blairsville; his sons, Richard Locher Jr. Of and Kyle Locher of Blairsville; his brother Luther; his sister-in-law Patty Crenshaw of Jasper; his uncle Chan Locher of Newnan; his sisters, Earleen Robinson of Rockmart, Tracie Locher and Mandy Locher; and his grandchildren, Richard, Mavrick, Patrick and Faith Kelly. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews, many other relatives and friends.
