With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Eugene Rogers Sr. of Blairsville, Georgia, born in Waldo, Ohio, who passed away on December 18, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Rogers and Anna Mae Rogers; and his sisters, Kathleen, Wanda and Princess.
He is survived by: his children, Richard E. Rogers Jr. of Blairsville, Linda Jones of Huber Heights, OH. and Gary Rogers of Tipp City, OH.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the American cancer Society or Appalachian Hospice in Mr. Rogers memory.
