She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Sullens and Mary Florence Herrington Sullens; and her siblings, Mary Ann Hart, Barbara Jo Sullens (Bobbie), Jerry, Terry and Larry Sullens.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy; her son-in-law Tony Lee of Blairsville; her son Eddie; her daughter-in-law Peggy Seabolt of Blairsville; her son Troy Seabolt of Blairsville; her sister Martha Sullens of Dahlonega; and her grandchildren, Trevor Lee, Tyler Lee, Hunter Seabolt and Ethan Ware. She is also survived by five great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
