He is survived by: his mother Pauline Thomas Collins; his children, JoLynne Payne Collins of Blairsville and Sherri; his son-in-law Terry Jones of Blairsville; his son Benny; his daughter-in-law Shawna Collins of Blairsville; his daughter Renee; his son-in-law Doug Duckworth of Blairsville; his daughter Jamie; his son-in-law Tony Shook of Hiawassee; his daughter Sonya; his son-in-law Everett Burt of Dawsonville; his brother Shelley Collins of Blairsville; his sister-in-law Joan Owenby Collins of Blairsville; his sister Anita Dyer; his children, Kayla Duckworth, Cody Shook, Justin Collins (Erika), Chad Shook (Kaleigh), Korey Duckworth (Katelyn), Amanda Collins, Kalvin Duckworth (Melina), Logan Burt (Rachael), Katelyn Jones, Chase Shook (Ashley), Carley Brumbelow (Logan), Easton Collins, Carson Collins, Tennon Collins and Finley Collins; and his great grandchildren, Cecilia Shook, Morgan Collins, Cohen Collins, Miller Collins, Charlotte Shook, Beckett Brumbelow and Tilly Duckworth. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to make donations to Old Liberty Baptist Church and Union County Historical Society.
