He is survived by: his wife Alma Donna Kelley; his children, Christopher Kelley (Yuliana) and Terri Tucker (Timothy); his siblings, Lawrence Kelley, Douglas Kelley (Fran) and Linda Ellis; and his grandchildren, Brandon L. Tucker, Anastasiya Kelley, Aleksandr Kelley and Nicole M. Kelley. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
