With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peggy Owens of Blairsville, Georgia, born in West Palm Beach, Florida, who passed away on September 6, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Owens, Sr.; her grandson Curtis Jefferson Owens; and her brother Warren Turner, Jr.. She is survived by: her parents-in-law, Billy Owens (Carol) of Suches, Penny Waller (Bob) of Chattanooga, TN and Lucie Scales of Blairsville. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
