She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Cook and Myrtle McClure Cook; and her sister Ruth Nichols. She is survived by: her son John; her daughter-in-law Paula Culver of Blairsville; her daughters, Michelle (John Thompson), Jennifer (Shannon Rawlins) and Alicia Culver of Blairsville; her grandchildren, Michael Fox and Megan Morrow; and her great grandchild Rickey Fox. She is also survived by family, many other relatives and friends.
