He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Milford Edward Cook and Amanda Marie Cook; his wife Pat Cook; his children, Vicki Reeves (Jim), Travis Cook (Amanda), Tom Karisny (Nicole) and Keith Karisny (Jana); his grandchildren, Brittany Disimone, David Lamb, Jacob Lamb, Tyson Cook, Taylor Karisny (Chasity), Austin Karisny, Kirsten Colon (Pablo), Savannah Karisny, Madison Karisny and Ayden Karisny; his great grandchild Isabella DiSimone; and his siblings, Doyle Cook (Helen) and Roberta Seabaugh. He was also cherished by his family, and his many friends.
