It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Brent Carter of Blairsville, Georgia, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on May 31, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Franklin Carter and Emma Dane Passmore Carter; his wife Teresa Lynn Gilbert Carter of Blairsville; his daughters, Tiffany Carter of Spain and Laura Gonzalas of Los Angeles, CA.; and his stepchildren, Joshua of Blairsville, Lena Passmore of Blairsville, Celestine of Blairsville, Tony Pandolph of Blairsville, Jeremiah Passmore of Blairsville, James of Blairsville, Pam Passmore of Blairsville, Caleb of Blairsville, Amanda Passmore of Blairsville, Nathaniel of Blairsville and Kelsey Passmore of Blairsville. He was also cherished by nineteen grandchildren, one great grandchild, many other relatives and friends.
