He was predeceased by: his father Charles A. Kelly; and his grandson Russell Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Kelly of Blairsville, GA; his children, Missy, Bo Tucker of Moultrie, GA and Steve Emory of Moultrie, GA; his granddaughter Katie Beth Tucker (Seth Jarrard); and his great grandchild Preslee Tucker.
