She was predeceased by: her former husband Richard Stone; and her parents, Jack Arthur Penhale and Viola Merrick Penhale. She is survived by: her husband Bryan Cuthbert; her children, Pamela Schutzenhoffer (Paul), Debbie Jefferies (Randy), Warren Cuthbert (Angel), Kristina Carhart, Donnie White (Micki) and Paula Johnson (Mike); her sisters, Jane Phillips and Jennie Miller (Harry); and her sister-in-law Lois Wiley.
