She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Franklin Foster and Ora Reece Foster; her son James Allen Harkins; her great grandchildren, Casey Scott Brown and Bridget Lacie Brown; and her siblings, Betty Brown, Sarah Nell Foster, Jack, Junior, Ralph, Marion and Gene Foster.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Carver, Joyce Totherow, Phillis (Chris Ballew), Eddie Waters of Blairsville, Tommy (Mindy Harkins) of Blairsville, Randy (Stacy Harkins) of Blairsville and Danny Harkins of Blairsville; her sister Sue Sparks of Blairsville; and her grandchildren, Jason Totherow, Chasity Brown, Caleb Ramsey, Nicholas Ramsey, Bret Ballew, Reece Ballew, Azaleigh Harkins, Ean Harkins and Tyler Harkins. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
