She is survived by: her husband Edward Leland Payne; her children, Michelle Olson, Laurie Stein, Lisa Todd, Ashley Brown (Matt Brown) and Michael Payne (Amanda Payne); her grandchildren, Chris, Britni Olsen, Shelby Olsen, Brandon Stein, Brianna, Brennan Payne, Taylor Victoria, McKenzie Kofmehl, Blake Brown, Sebastian and Bodhi Hyatt; and her great grandchildren, Kaiden, Landen and Remington. She is also survived by her husband, children, siblings and grandchildren.

Flowers are being excepted or if you wish the family request that donations be made to the Pruitt Health hospice of Blue Ridge and Peggy's memory.
