It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcia June Forbes of Blairsville, Georgia, born in Glenwood, Iowa, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johanna Boyer and Dahle Boyer of Glenwood; and her sister Christine Boyer. She is survived by: her significant other Milton Forbes; her children, Pam Sullivan (Richard) of Morganton, GA., Jim Forbes (Diane) of Phoenix, AZ, Stan Forbes (Susan) of Ft. Worth, TX and Brian Forbes (Kristeen) of Glenwood, IA.; her grandchildren, Dom Fiorino, Alyssa Fiorino, Ben Forbes, Alex Forbes, Ira Forbes, Alec Forbes, Dan Forbes and Olivia Forbes; and her great grandchildren, Carlos Arteaga, Charlotte Forbes, Oliver Forbes, Penny Forbes and Wayne Tinsley.
