She was predeceased by: her parents, David Roger Owen and Sarah Evelyn Wyatt Owen; her husband Ray Neal; her son David Eric Kelley; and her siblings, Barbara Davis, Jane Dixon, Sandra Owen, Arnold, Mickey, Joe, David Owen Jr. Mrs and Keel.
She is survived by: her children, Robby (Fran Kelley), Kurt (Lauren Kelley) and Barbara Deal of Eatonton, GA.; her sister Quida; her brother-in-law Lee Muse of Shreveport, LA.; and her grandchildren, Morgan, Mike, Emma, Sean, Zack, Abby, April and Matthew Kelley. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
