She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ester Hunter and Cordie Collins Hunter; her husband Ralph Brackett; her son Emory Brackett; and her sisters, Irene Wiggins and Idell Brackett.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ollie Kimsey, John L. Hunter and Neal; her sister-in-law Gayle Hunter; her daughters, Imogene Brackett (Billy England) and Barbara Payne; her son-in-law Michael Payne; her grandchildren, Lena Varner and Scott Payne; and her great grandchild Samuel Payne. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
