She is survived by: her parents, Larry Hulsey and Judy Hulsey; her husband Cameron Forrest; her sister Janet; her brother-in-law Scott Savage; her brother Tracy; her sister-in-law Tammy Hulsey; and her friend Samantha Barnes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
