She was predeceased by: her parents, John Calvin Burnett and Alice Seabolt Burnett; her husband Jeep Stephens; and her granddaughter Kayla Mathieu. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Stephens (Kim), Kem Stephens (Danita), Craig Stephens (Patty), Scott Stephens (Teresa) and Chad Stephens (Robyn); her grandchildren, Kristin Stanley (Aaron), Jake Stephens, Tiffany Markovic (Pete), Courtney Stephens, Brody Stephens (Kirstie), Reice Shook (Isaiah), Mason Stephens, McKinlee Stephens (Sara), Zeb Stephens, Ashley Kiernan (Abe), Maranda Tanner (Jace), Delana Corbin (Isaac) and Cooper Stephens; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Clair, Delphi, Odette, Rowe, Maddox, Magnolia, Eason and Forrest.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Lela's memory to the Harmony Grove Baptist Church cemetery fund.
