He is survived by: his wife Sarah Gassaway Roberson of Blairsville; his daughters, Angie (Jim Bo Thomas), Colleen (Dean Staton), Lorene (Derial Watson) and Marlene Bond of Gainesville, GA.; his brothers, Jerry (Linda Roberson) and Tony (Shirley Roberson); and his grandchildren, Heather, Ryan Shaw, Melissa Staton, David, Shelley Staton, Eric, Kristie Staton, Greg, Zoe Broomfield, Melvin Broomfield and Ray Broomfield. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
