He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Ralph McTaggart and Annette Williams of Virginia. He is survived by: his sister Amelia; his brother-in-law Charles Brickey of Murphy; and his nieces, Michelle (Brad Dodson), Taylor (Wes Strickland) and Tanya (Jerome Walker). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and great nieces & nephews.
