He was predeceased by: his parents, Truett Brackett and Lucille Brackett; his mother-in-law Lougene Lance; and his sister-in-law Debbie Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Brackett; his brother Charles; and his sister-in-law Rachel Brackett. He is also survived by six nieces, a nephew, and several great nieces and nephews.
