She was predeceased by: her husband James Jones; and her parents, Charles Genova and Jennie Genova. She is survived by: her children, Terry Jones (Sherri) and Mickey Jones (Panda); her brothers, Carl Genova (Delores), Frank Genova (Lily) and John Genova (Nancy); her grandchildren, Justin Levi Jones (Autumn), Katelyn Jones, Jeremy Michael Jones and Kala Crystal Jones-McNair (Thomas); and her great grandchildren, Brittney, Marley, Corbin, Memphis, Kennedy, Eleanor and Bridget. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks to make donations to these charities in memory of Kathryn Jones, Union County Historical Society (3 Town Sq, Blairsville, GA 30512), Shriners Children Hospital (950 W Faris Rd, Greenville, SC 29605), or Masonic Children's Home (1417 Nottingham Dr, Macon, GA 31211).
