She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Hoggard and Evelyn Foster; and her son Troy Wyse. She is survived by: her husband Frank Combs of Blairsville; her sons, Tim Wyse of Panama City, FL. and Trent Wyse of Blairsville; her sister Norma Jean Perry of Spring Board, OH.; her niece Vickie Draves of Midland, MI.; and her grandchildren, Joshua and Rico.
