She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herbert Smith and Mae Winkler Smith; her husband Mac Harkins of Blairsville; her children, Cathy Fortenberry of Jefferson, GA., Kenneth (Sharon Fortenberry), Sheila (Rodney Collins), Merle (Angie Fortenberry), Josh (Amy Harkins), Adam (Sara Harkins) and Camella Adams of Blairsville; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Brittany Collins, Stephanie McGoldrick, Eric, Justin, Daniel Fortenberry, Carly Sosebee, Cody Adams, Ellie Harkins and Arabella Harkins. She was also cherished by nine great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
