It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Davis (Blairsville, Georgia), born in Thomaston, Georgia, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Brady Nesmith and Zelma Gabriella Fuller; and her brothers, Billy NeSmith and Ray NeSmith. She is survived by: her husband W. C. Davis Jr. of Young Harris; her children, Holli Davis of Young Harris, Brad (Alison Davis) and Michael (Kelley Davis); her sister Carol; her brother-in-law Steve Stavely of Culloden, GA.; her brother Donnie; her sisters-in-law, B. J. NeSmith of Macon, GA. and June NeSmith of Culloden, GA.; and her grandchildren, Hannah Davis, Michael Davis Jr., Hunter Davis, Brady Davis, Riley Bowen and Brody Bowen.
