He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edmund and Fannie Gillespie Sexton. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughter Treva; his son-in-law David Smith; and his sister Clara Mathis.
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel (78a Butternut Crossing, Blairsville, GA 30512).
