He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Peney and Florence Peney; his wife Eleanor Peney (Allied); his son Bryant; and his siblings, Robert Peney, Virginia Phillips, Howard Peney and Roger Peney.
He is survived by: his brother Bryant (Todd); his significant other Blairsville; his grandson Matt; his son Todd Peney; his daughter-in-law Kristy Peney; his grandchildren, Matthew Peney (Raphaela Aleman) and Morgan Peney; and his sisters-in-law, Ruthie Peney and Loretta Peney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
