She was predeceased by: her father Robert J. Rose; her former husband Anthony Phipps; and her mother Glendora Rose Schnizer. She is survived by: her daughters, Debora Quigley (John) of Blairsville, Georgia, Sandra-Lee Phipps of Decatur and Glendora Phipps of Hialeah, Florida; her grandchildren, Shannon Phipps, Katie Woods (David), Hannah Quigley (Erik), Lucy Phipps-Kaye, Rufus Phipps-Kaye and Mauricio Magana; her great grandchildren, Declan, Liam Woods and Konstatinos Sklavounakis; and her brothers, Robert G. Rose (Marie) of Ocean Pines and Lizabeth Cline-Kelly (John) of Washington, DC..
